We have now distributed several Controlthebleed kits and 2 Controlthebleed Cabinets with all been registered with the East of England Ambulance Service.

The Controlthebleed kits placed in Defibrillators will have a sticker on them to let the public know a kit is inside.

Our Aims

We Started our Legacy in 2023. A short while after our beautiful James R.I.P was brutally murdered in broad day light in front of shoppers and children coming home from school at a busy time of day.

We aim to get these vital kits out over all Norfolk and Suffolk. Into every business, buses, taxis, pubs, libraries, gyms, hotels and any other work environment.

These Controlthebleed kits are not just if someone has been stabbed, they are for any catastrophic bleed out, it may be a car accident or work related. They will help save your life or a limb where needed and give you vital minutes until Emergency Services arrive.

Support in the Community

We have attended a few council and parish meetings.

Cllr Gary Blundell of South Norfolk District Council took this to his council.

These vital kits are very much needed over our communities just like defibrillators he said.

We are very pleased the council meeting members all agreed.

Some councils are now distributing Controlthebleed kits and awareness training with defibrillators in their communities.

We hope all councils will follow them.

We are also pleased to see other organisations now also distributing Controlthebleed bleed kits in our communities. There were very few when we started last year and there is so much more to do. They really need to be everywhere as it only takes 3 to 5 minutes for any of major Catastrophic Bleed Out to become fatal.

We appreciate everyone who supports us and makes this possible and helps us with our awareness of our legacy. We aim to save as many lives as we can.
