The Murder of Raymond James Quigley

Since the 17th of January 2023 up until December 2023 we have had to deal with mourning for James while also having to go through a murder case the court case was put back two weeks before Christmas our first Christmas without him. It then started again in January straight after the new year began when so many birthdays including his own and Easter without him.

It’s been devastating, heartbreaking and upsetting and has made us feel many types of emotions.

In March 2024 our sentencing date came and James’s murderers were convicted. As you can imagine we have still not got our heads around everything and we are still grieving with everything we have heard, seen, finding out the truth and having to think of the awful savage attack that was done to James and imagining what he went through then and after.

When we feel we have had sometime and feel ready to talk about what has happened and how it made us feel going through it all we will.
